REFUNDS

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your digital download to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@indexrebalancing.com. Please note that refunds will be charged a processing fee of either 10% or 20%.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll refund the amount you paid, less 10% or 20% of the total purchase price as a processing fee.

10% or 20% Processing Fee
Please be advised that most refunds are subject to a 20% processing fee for orders of $25 or less, or a 10% fee for orders over $25. This fee represents the costs of marketing and delivering the materials to you. The fee may be waived in rare cases of a technical issue or other such error.

 

Downloading and other issues
Please download your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues retrieving your order, i.e., downloading errors, limit messages, or any other anomalies to prevent you from viewing the material, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Digital media items are generally considered non-returnable items because they aren't physical items that one can touch in the real world and are strictly electronic in nature. This may cause the system to incorrectly identify a refund request for a digital item as a return, which its logic won't allow. In this case, please email us to begin the refund request. Certain types of purchases, like those made from gift cards or reloadable debit cards, may also not be eligible for refunds. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about refunds before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift card purchases.

Exchanges
Exchanges of digital eBooks are not accepted.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and/or not downloaded in the case of digital media. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Review
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded back on your original payment method within 10 business days, less the 20% processing fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@indexrebalancing.com.

Refund Requests

You may receive a partial or full refund for up to 14 days after purchase for any reason. Begin a refund in your account or email info@indexrebalancing.com with "refund" in the subject and the details in the body of the email.
